By purchasing a ticket, you are entering into an agreement with Beautiful Events Group Ltd.

Ticket Entry

• Admission to Christmas at the Castle is permitted only with a valid ticket or e-ticket.
• Proof of age may be requested for free under-3s and children’s tickets.

Children & Supervision

• Children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
• Unaccompanied under-18s will not be admitted.

Refunds & Booking

• Booking fees are non-refundable.
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, days and time slots cannot be changed.
• We may release additional tickets for specific days or times depending on demand.

Admission & Behaviour

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving late or behaving in a disorderly, abusive, or antisocial manner.
• Ticket holders engaging in antisocial behaviour may be asked to leave the site.

Alcohol & ID

• A strict Challenge 25 policy will be in place at the bar. Valid photographic ID will be required.

Site Rules

• No glass is permitted anywhere on site.
• Please follow instructions from stewards and event staff at all times.
• Assistance dogs are welcome, but no other pets are permitted.

Weather & Cancellation

• If the event is cancelled due to severe weather, we will transfer your ticket to another available slot.
• If no suitable slots remain, a refund will be processed within 28 working days.

Liability

• Beautiful Events Group Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons, property, or vehicles unless caused by our own negligence.

Filming & Photography

• As a condition of entry, ticket holders consent to being filmed or photographed at the event. Images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
