Ticket Terms & Conditions
  • By purchasing a ticket you are entering into an agreement with Christmas at the Castle Ltd
  • Entry to Christmas at the Castle only on production of a valid ticket or e-ticket.
  • Proof of age may be requested for free under-3s and children’s tickets.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18. No under 18s will be admitted if unaccompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Booking fee is non refundable.
  • All tickets are non-refundable. Days and time slots once booked cannot be changed or transferred to another time, sorry. We reserve the right to release more tickets for any particular day or time as we adapt to demand.
  • If you have a test result that relates to COVID 19 meaning you cannot attend your booked date we will not refund tickets if you wish to rebook the original order can be refunded the original order minus the booking fee
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders who arrive at the event late or who are behaving disorderly or using bad language or being abusive towards staff or visitors.
  • Ticket holders behaving in an anti-social manner will be asked to leave the site.
  • Ticket holders will be asked to leave the site if they refuse to comply with Covid-19 safety measures e.g. social distancing, hand hygiene.
  • We will operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at the bar area. The usual forms of ID apply.
  • Strictly no glass anywhere on site.
  • The event will only be cancelled if extreme weather makes the route unsafe or if there’s a major fault in our electrical supply or equipment. It is (obviously!) an outdoor event and won’t be cancelled due to rain or temperature. Refunds will be offered only in the event of a full cancellation. We have a team who monitor weather conditions. In the event of a full cancellation, of any time slot or any day or more days, customers will be issued with booking codes to allow their visit to be re-booked on another date / time. If there are no suitable dates for the 2021 event then the codes will be valid for 2022. In the event that it is still not possible to book, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be made by February 28th 2022. A decision to cancel would be taken at 2pm on the day, and notice would be posted online.
  • In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather and / or government guidance relating to Covid19 deemed necessary, we will offer to transfer your ticket to another available slot. If there are no suitable slots remaining, refunds will be processed within 28 working days.
  • Christmas at the Castle Ltd are unable to accept liability for personal damage, losses or injuries sustained at this event including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
  • As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed and / photographed at the event. These images/videos may be shared on our website and social media.
  • Please follow directions given by stewards and event staff.
